Referral Programs

HomeCare Family offers referral bonuses for employees and contractor who refer new clients and employees/contractors. Please see the details below. Some exclusions may apply.

Client Referral Bonus

• $100 will be paid to any contractor or employee who refers a new client for service.

  • Client must be new to HomeCare Family

  • Anticipated service period must exceed two weeks.

  • New client must start services

  • Payment will be deposited into the referrers bank account on the pay day following the first day of service.

Employee/Contractor Referral Bonus

• $100 will be paid to any contractor or employee who refers a new contractor or employee to join our agency.

  • New hire must work 500 hours (90 days) to be eligible

  • Referral requests must be submitted using the Referral Bonus Request Form.

  • Payment will be deposited into the referrers bank account on the pay day after the form is submitted and approved.
