On-Call Supervisor
Call the on-call supervisor (281-888-0385, Option 6):
After 5 PM Monday-Friday, before 8 AM Monday-Friday, or on weekends.
For clocking in problems, emergencies (fire, flood, etc.), urgent issues (client passing, caregiver injury), or concerns requiring immediate attention.
Don't call the on-call supervisor for:
Non-urgent issues wait until next business day.
Clocking out problems.
Client's medical decisions (vitals, medication errors, injuries). Contact family, home health, and submit reports.
Scheduling or post-shift reports. Contact your direct supervisor during regular hours.
If you can't reach the on-call supervisor:
Leave a voicemail with your name, client name, issue details, and contact information.
Remember:
Know and follow this policy.
Violations may result in disciplinary action.
