Hours Wanted and Unavailability


 

Step 1: From the mobile app menu, select Hours Wanted and Unavailability

Step 2: Click 'Request Unavailability' at the bottom of the screen

Step 3: An alert will populate letting the caregiver know that they may only request unavailability that does not conflict with existing shifts. Click Continue.

Step 4: Enter the details of the unavailability request. All fields are required unless otherwise noted.

Enter the From date and times. If the All Day box i checked, times are not required

  1. Enter the "To" date and times. If the All Day box is checked, times are not required

  2. Optional - Select if the request repeats daily, weekly, or monthly

  3. Select a Reason

  4. Enter any notes about the unavailability

Step 5: Click Submit

Step 6: If the unavailability request conflicts with already scheduled shifts, the caregiver will receive an error message

Step 7: If the unavailability request does not conflict with already scheduled shifts, the caregiver will see a confirmation that their request was received and it is pending review.
